As first announced last year, the Oxygen television network is developing a television show called “Nail’d It” in which 18 real-life nail artists will compete for a grand prize of $100,000 and the chance to have their nail designs featured in Nail It! magazine. The competitions will include creations that range from flat paint manicures to elaborate 3-D nail art. The press release lists all of the contestants and their home towns.

The network has assembled an impressive list of judges that include celebrity manicurists and major figures in the nail industry, including Jan Arnold, the style director and co-founder of CND. The series is set to debut on Tuesday, October 7.
